250g Potatoes (Uncooked Weight)

250g Mixed Vegetables of Your Choice (Cauliflower, Carrots, Broccoli, Mixed Peppers, Sweetcorn, Spinach, Courgette, Peas)

250g Red Kidney Beans

30g Breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon Black or White Ground Pepper

2 teaspoons Oregano

1 teaspoon Chili Powder

2 teaspoons Mixed Herbs

2 teaspoons Lemon Juice Salt as Required

Burger Coating:

50g Breadcrumbs Mixed with 50g Cornmeal or Fine Semolina

1/2 teaspoon any Dried Herbs

1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Plain Flour & Water to Make an Edible Glue

Oil

Burger Filling Suggestions:

Burger Bun (Plain, Toasted, Sesame, Seeded, Ciabatta)

Cheese (Processed, Cheddar, fresh mozzarella, Grilled Halloumi, Monterey Jack)

Lettuce Leaves (Iceberg, Romaine, Baby Gem, Rocket, Spinach)

Tomato Slices

Jalapenos

Wedges:

3 - 4 medium size Potatoes Pot of Salted Water

2 teaspoons Oil

2 teaspoons Paprika

Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

1 teaspoons Ground Coriander and Cumin Powder

1 teaspoons Black Pepper (Ground or Freshly Cracked)

1 teaspoons Dried Oregano

Pinch of Chili Powder (Optional)
