Hindola Utsav and Chaturmaas

Begins: Wednesday, 1st July 2020, Devshayani Ekadashi
Ends: Sunday, 26th November 2020, Prabodhini Ekadashi
Chaturmaas is a period of four months namely Shravan, Bhadorvo, Aaso and Kartik (monsoon period). It starts on Devshayani Ekadashi in the month of Ashadh and ends on Prabodhini Ekadashi in the month of Kartik. The significance of Chaturmaas is to observe extra penance, engage in extra devotion and control over sense gratification etc.
During the Chaturmaas our temple would like to invite all the devotees to join every Sunday Morning from 7:00am – 8:30am for Kirtan Bhakti.

Ends: Wednesday, 5th August 2020
A “Hindolo” is a swing and Harikrishna Maharaj is placed in the Hindolo. The arrival of this festival usher's a new wave of devotion within the hearts of the Devotees. For the whole month, the Murti of the Lord is placed in a decorated swing and pulled to and fro with a string by devotees.
The Hindola Utsav will be celebrated in the Mandir and Darshan timings will be from 7:00am - 11:00am in the morning and from 5:00pm – 7:30pm in the evening and thereafter a daily Hindolo Aarti will be performed.
